Overview:
Y-FIX is Yascai’s flagship casein-based labeling adhesive, purpose-built for glass bottle labeling in beer, soft drink, and water bottling plants. It delivers strong, clean adhesion even under cold, wet, or humid conditions — ensuring smooth performance on labeling machines operating at speeds up to 50,000 bottles per hour.

Key Performance Features:
- Fast Drying: Less than 5 minutes, ideal for high-speed labeling lines.
- Strong Bond Strength: Superior adhesion to cold, wet, or aluminum-foil bottles.
- Ice Water & Frost Resistance: Maintains label hold even in refrigerated or submerged environments for up to 7 days.
- Clean Washability: Easily removed in caustic soda during bottle washing (less than 2 minutes at 80°C).
- Optimized Film Formation: Uniform film thickness (20–25 mg per 25 sq.cm) for smooth roller coating.
- Stable pH (7–9): Maintains viscosity and flow for consistent application.
- Viscosity Range: 60,000 – 110,000 mPa.s @ 25°C (Brookfield, spindle 7, 20 RPM).
- Working Temperature: 25–35°C; Storage: 15–25°C; Shelf Life: 9 months.

Environmentally Friendly Design:
Y-FIX is water-based and solvent-free, formulated with renewable raw materials such as milk proteins and starch-based binders. This makes it non-toxic, low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and safe for workers, consumers, and the environment.
